When a Realtor says the market is hot right now, it is not a line. This property is the perfect example. This home sold before going on the MLS. The buyers of this house had submitted a back-up offer on one of my previous listings, and months later still had not found a property. The seller purchased this home on 1/10/2020 for $275,000. It just sold today for $330,000. That $55,000 increase in barely a year shows how much the current market favors sellers. If you are thinking of selling and want to get top dollar, this is the market to do it in. Zillow only valued this property at $293,000. This seller would have left $40,000 on the table by not using an agent who knows the area.
